Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges:
Defective exchanges and incorrect products received will be exchanged at no cost. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your product so that we may issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a complimentary shipping label. Please include in your boxed return a copy of your invoice, best day time telephone number, what you want to exchange your item for, and the RMA# written on the invoice as well as on the outside of the package,. Cancellations: Returns: SPECIAL DESIGNER LINES AND MIRAFLEX KIDS EYEGLASSSES ARE FINAL SALE. THEY MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT IF MANUFACTURER DEFECT OCCURS. Before returning any item, please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting us at our e-mail address: 1eyeweargrp@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within 24 hours with the RMA #. Items returned must be in their original packaging without any signs of use. Any returned products which have been worn, damaged, or not in their original packaging will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to the $12.95 per item return fee. Returns must be made within a 14 day period of receipt. Any returns made after a 14 days period will be charged the 20% restocking fee in addition to the $12.95 per item return fee. There will be no returns on any products after 30 days from the day or delivery. Please return products via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any means or delivery which provided delivery and signature confirmation. We cannot and will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit to us. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Clickshades.com has no control over these charges, nor can Clickshades.com predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
